Hiring UI/UX designers
Is anyone else having trouble finding UI/UX candidates with experience in SF? For our last two recs, we’ve only seen recent bootcamp grads. Seems like a seller’s market.

You are probably looking in the wrong places. It’s very competitive. I think team referrals are always the best.
