Hiring freeze@LinkedIn ? SSWE
My recruiter has been trying to find me a team for quite some time now. Even though I'm open to multiple locations in the bay area, nothing is turning up. Is the hiring condition so bad ? Is there anyone who can help me close this loop.

Iβm talking with a recruiter and she said there isnβt headcount for people with 2 years of experience

My role is senior software engineer
My guess is that the HC decision was very borderline and as a result teams aren't bidding.
Is that why I'm swamped with candidate interviews?
My recruiter told me before giving my onsite last Friday that I might not get a team match if I get an offer immediately. I will have to wait until July. I interviewed for Senior SWE
Not a good sign
