My team is hiring for IC2s (upto 2 YOE), IC3s (upto 6YOE) and IC4s (typically 8+ YOE) in OCI core engineering org (10-12 positions). Looking for SDEs with experience in distributed systems, real-time big data processing services, SOA/micro services experience (preferably in Java/C#). Open to hiring remotely or in Seattle. DM me your LinkedIn profile if you’re interested.
Can I still reach out if I don’t have any specific experience with distributed system or micro services? <1 YOE but really interested in this role. Thanks!
Yes, DM me your LinkedIn profile
@OP, whats your team like in terms of WLB/stress/culture? Would they hire a remote IC2 (bay area)? Other companies' remote roles seem to be for seniors only
Hey I have 2.5 YOE and had an offer for IC2 earlier this year (turned it down because I had just had promo approved and comp was almost identical plus down level). What are IC3 requirements?
DM me. 3 YOE in relevant systems will put you in the IC3 consideration
I've come to an interview in Oracle once. It was the worst interview compared to Uber, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Google. I've passed the phone one. And then nothing. I gently reminded about myself in 2 weeks, and Oracle said come for the on-site, the earliest is 1 month from now. I came. Rounds were 1 hour long with pathetic coding questions and blind reading of "amazon like" leadership principles. I passed all of them (from my perspective). No follow up for a month. I reminded them again. The answer was sorry.
Sorry about the bad experience you had. Like I said, there are areas of improvement.
Shittiest company I have ever worked for
I am not hiring PMs
I sent you my resume but never got a response. Should I send you again or I'm not good enough?
When was this?

How does the yearly hikes and bonus look like for IC2?
I would focus on first landing the job, and then think about yearly hikes/RSU refreshers. In general, hikes are both based on merit as well as company performance/business conditions
Was asking for a friend. Already got the offer
@StllHiring Can MS grads who graduate in 2021 may with 2+ yoe will be considered for ic2 roles ?
Unfortunately, we are looking to hire/onboard much earlier than that... maybe next year.

Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
🤢 STAY AWAY blinders!
Why? I worked at Amazon for 3 years. I don’t think OCI is bad by any means. Quality of engineers and leadership is good. I don’t have bad things to say about Amazon either. Every place has room for improvement - OCI does as well..
OCI sucks. Are you new to OCI? You are definitely new. Look at your selling points Poor suckers who join Oci
