    35: 129K (same company, merit increase)
    36: I’m finally applying to other jobs after 12 years at the same company where I went from 87K to 129K in 12 years.

    My company doesn’t offer stock options, refreshers, anything.

      LOL. I haven’t looked for a job in 12 years so I’m finally out there and looking. Have interviews at Twitter and 4 other auto-tech companies this week so I’m looking for something else. Managing 14 engineers in 5 countries as a senior program manager with clients such as Apple, Uber and Microsoft and making 129K a year with no bonus or stock options…it sucks. I only just realized last year that I was underpaid when I had interns who were in my program who would leave and make more money than I am so I’m finally doing something about it.

    Is this average progression for people at Lyft (getting L5 with 2-3 YOE)? Can you get to L7 with 5-6 YOE at this rate? I’m looking for referrals to companies with fast promos, was wondering if Lyft fit the bill.
