How to boost team spirit

What do you do to boost your team’s spirit? Do you have any performance recognition awards (e.g. ninja of the month)? Looking for ways to recognize excellence, reward it and help my team have more fun along the way. Any ideas would be welcome.

  • Ninja of the month reeks of employee of the month lameness, please dont.
    Id say lunch is a good idea, also just appreciate people publicly when possible. Just that gesture goes a long way, simple thank yous for going the extra mile etc
