Should I sell PYPL to diversify my portfolio?

My stocks portfolio is made of 80% PYPL and the rest are like AAPL, MSFT, TSLA, NVDA, BABA, some pharma, etc. No other FANG so far, at least no LONG positions.
I am planning to sell at least 20%-30% of PYPL stocks and invest in IPOs and some green stocks/ETFs for diversity and growth.
I don't keep cash a lot other than emergency fund, so no way to pump fresh money.
Given that PYPL performed very well during the pandemic and might continue the similar momentum, I am a bit reluctant to do so.
What do you guys think?
Update: 80% is 100s of thousands

If you think there are some other stocks as well which got more room to grow then definitely you should diversify instead of keeping it in one bucket.
