Please do not take this as offense.
I just started to work for a romanian outsourcing company and the client is Cisco. Most of the guys from Cisco (including the manager) are indians fellows from us.
I studied a bit their culture and the Hindu religion. Previously I worked with Germans and Polish peers, the cultural difference wasn't big. But never with indians (from us).
Any tips to communicate/integrate with my peers from Cisco?

I'd say that going as far as studying one of the main religions in the place is actually a bad move. You'll be disrespectful to all the other religions, for example. Don't try to become one with anyone. Coexisting is better.
