Got offer from Home Depot fully remote Sr. Software engineer Base salary : 125k Singing bonus : 5k Performance Bonus : 10% twice a year Stock : 15k per year Jp Morgan chase Ohio Columbus office Base salary : 135k Discounted stock buying option Yoe : 5 Could you please let me know How can I negotiate. Or Should I try another company

Probably depends on what you’re looking for. I’d probably go with home depo just based on numbers. You don’t seem to have an offer than office depot, so negotiations might depend. You could probably push a bit higher without competing offer.

Gotcha not sure what else you could do without offer. Pushing again can result in more maybe not, but you should also consider them rescinding offer?
Late to the party, but the bonus at Home Depot is not 10% twice a year. It is 10% divided 40-60 twice a year. 40% of 10% at the front half and 60% of the 10% after the new year. And stock vesting is 50% every 2 years, so 4 years for total vesting

Is the JPM position a 602 or 603? They didn't specify a bonus? I was told on average it is 10% base.
Home Depot is the better offer. I’d take that one. Bonus twice a year, never heard of that before. I’ve heard WLB can be sucky at Chase. YMMV.
