We all want to help and hope for a solution to this issue, but when is enough enough? This individual hasn’t showered in days, and is sleeping in one of the benches inside the Apple store. There with his/her cart and blankets. Literally snoring while people walk around, ignoring the issue. I find it unacceptable that a place of business has to put up with this because of lack of shelters. This is getting out of hand.
You should help him and take him to your home
Why are you so scared of specifying this individual's gender, when you have apparently seen him/her personally? You say "there with his/her cart..." Who is holding a knife to your back?
Because you might see a human shape, and not be able to guess the gender without further investigation?
Oh come on... inside a store? At such close proximity? It takes extra effort to make yourself look gender neutral. Homeless people with no money aren't that way. I think OP is just under the spell of postmodern gender political correctness.
The store can call 211 for resources to get this person to a shelter
Their business, their choice who sleeps there.
So the "we all want to help" was just a way to rant about a homeless person squatting somewhere? Get him a shelter if you can. If not STFU
Since our elected officials fail to do anything about this issue, then I should spend my own money to send homeless people to a shelter every time I see one? You’re an idiot.
At least not a psychopath who wants to mess with someone already down on their luck. And yeah this confirms the "we all want to help" was just BS!
UW kicked me out
That’s not exactly your responsibility, but if you want, you can sit down and talk with him and see if he’d go to a homeless shelter. Chance is ours he might end up there again tomorrow.
Yeah, it’s unfortunate.
Poor guy/ girl is sleeping. The employees are ok to provide the person a place to sleep. What on Earth is your problem as a passerby ? Honestly you have a terrible life if this is bothering you!
Probably a psychopath or a narcissist who thinks he's way above the poor.
Maybe. Or maybe someone who knows this wasn’t the case in Seattle 10 years ago. You guys are so worried about “being nice” that you can’t admit that there is a huge problem in this city. How can we find a solution if we won’t even admit there is a problem?
A Microsoft employee username “Jeph Bezos” posting about an Apple Store 😂 next level trolling.
And I posted using a Samsung phone.
