Have an infant, daycare cost 3300/month(yes that’s correct) Looking for a 2500 sqt house with 3-4 bedrooms. Combined TC: 500K Looking to buy in Kirkland/Bellevue area What should be my budget so it’s not too much? I have 600k for down payment. My goal is to pay less than 1/3 of take home pay
3M if your down payment is 600k
Did Apple start iDaycare? Is that why cost is 3300$ 😀😀
You can afford $2.5+ million IF you have a lot saved up for retirement already or want to work for another 30 years to pay off the mortgage. Stick to <$2 million if you plan to retire early.
How do you define “a lot”?
Bright Horizon doesn’t have camera monitoring, how are you ok with this?
Hey OP, I have a super personalized home affordability tool for just this need. To help people figure out home buying given all their other goals and expenses. If you're interested I can send it to you. I am looking to get feedback on the usefulness of the tool
This isn't in Bellevue but under your budget. https://www.redfin.com/WA/Renton/14240-SE-188-Way-98058/home/389331?utm_source=android_share&utm_medium=share&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link&2010988919=variant
