I am not buying in Bay Area.
Haven’t many of those companies already had internal liquidity events (tender offer, stock buyback, etc)?
Would it really be significant enough to cause a major effect in the overall real estate of the Bay area?
Doubt it, except it should hold up the "high end", I'm guessing Palo Alto and the likes.
