How are things at Box?
From the perspective of a senior engineer, how is it at Box? Specifically in the cloud platform and caching teams? Is the work interesting? Do you have a lot of ownership over your projects? How is the culture? How is work life balance?
Still adhering to the rule of only hiring Eurasians as usual, and therefore a horrible company.
You keep spreading this opinion of yours. I say what I said in other thread. I can't think of way Box could be more inclusive of all the types and categories of people, including APIs like you (assuming you are Papuan)
Avoid. People only think inside the box there. 📦
I'm not on the cloud platform or caching team but I can speak to my team Interesting work - Yes Ownership - Yes, trusted with almost complete ownership and autonomy. WLB - Very good Culture - Among the best I've seen

Seriously avoid it. Horrible culture (getting worst everyday). All the smart people are leaving. The top management is clueless.
This! Nailed it! +1 exactly. Also from what I hear, it vary from team to the team. Box is growing and therefore changes are going to be happen. Overall most teams are great though.
