How are things at chase?
To all tech people who moved from capitalone to chase, do you like working at chase? Is it better there? I have heard not many re-orgs like capital one and projects are bit stable there?

Are you in software or for something else? I only have experiences as a SWE there, and I can say that the projects are pretty boring and slow. Also, there is little to no chance of promotion/raises, so with am already underwhelming TC, you are stuck there
I heard that TC is less as compared to Capone, their bonuses are normalized and tech wise it's way behind... on the flip side good wlb and no reorgs
What TC are u guys pulling at banks?
Probably worse than your TC in tech.

Not many re-orgs? If this less then capone must have had weekly.
