I am looking to move to a better paying job. Maybe FANG, maybe a great startup. I know I am quite good at my job. I have many skills that are hot and I do good in leetcode questions. However, last time I tried to interview for T/E 5-6 positions in Google and facebook, I didn't do well. Some startups were sold on my profile and record. Then I went to seal the deal and something turned them off. The culprit in all of those... I think it were design questions. I am messing them up. I feel that I spread to thin and get lost in details rather than narrowing down the problem to something manageable and give a satisfactory solution for that problem. Thing is that at work, I don't get asked a vague super high level problem. I get something very specific and I design a good solution. Long introduction aside, because there is no way to get interview feedback and most sites I know for practice only focus on leet code. How can you get feedback on your performance on design questions for interviews at higher levels? Is there a good site for this? Perhaps anyone here would be interested in helping me (for a fee of course)
