We switched to D365 from Salesforce in February and its barely functional. Its so clunky, UI is straight up Microsoft XP, and processes are nil. Granted, our data was garbage (old/incomplete) but at least things were pretty seamless with Salesforce. It’s pretty bad that we cant rely on our data - we cant even pull a current customer list! As someone who believes “you’re only as good as your data,” I’m losing my mind until then - how can i make it not so miserable?
Trash it. Dynamics are really hard compared to SFDC in terms if user experience. You need to have good UI AND dev people to make it less miserable. Now processes and data should come first. Maybe having a fresh instance and start from scratch to register customers might help your data issues
Why did you transition from Salesforce to Dynamics?
CEO was ex Microsoft guy...we left GSuite for O365 too fml
O365 is great though
Are you working on a Surface too
No, they’ll have to tear my MacBook pro out of my dead hands
Got ya now!
You can’t. Dynamics is absolutely garbage.
True.
