How come there is no bookstore in SF?
How come SF doesn’t have Barnes and Noble? Or equivalent- nice, clean, bookstore where they have a little Starbucks stand at a corner?

Businesses need to pay rent too. If rent is high, businesses that cant pay the bills cannot be brick n mortar. No one gets rich selling books.
