I remember Microsoft used to touted as a toxic place to work(think my company) and a place of worst wlb.

But, today, Microsoft is fine. Not much of complaints. What has changed? And, how?*

Cascading failures of their entry into other industries, Nokia purchase failed, Cloud wasn’t that big and AWS was already ruling, and Linux server eating up their profits, they are literally scared of going bankrupt

Honestly I feel like there’s something missing here.

They’ve had a series of failures. But yet they’ve turned it around.

Windows still isn’t the greatest. Azure is improving but not industry leading.

    But still stonks go up.

Satya has been doing amazing but I’m not sure I feel like there is something else.

Also, stock buyback program almost always signals future xonfidence
