Currently applying for new grad positions at Nvidia and I have applied to many roles in the past. Given that I have experience with kernel development and the os in general, I noticed that quite a few positions are very relevant to my experience but unfortunately I have never heard back from any of the applications. Can someone who got into nvidia as a new grad/intern tell me how you got an interview?
You are looking for a new grad position. What kind of prior experience do you have?
I don't have any work ex. I am currently an intern at Intel and was with them during the summer as well. During my undergrad, I did 2-3 internships and have 2 publications (nothing exquisite but I thought I'd mention this since Nvidia I noticed hires students with research experience)
You need a referral these days since applications are high. Goes with any company really.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
They probably post the roles but just convert interns
