Does anyone have a good solution to my predicament?
Context:
- Moved from US to Canada and changed companies because my US L1b visa expired.
- Soon realized that Canada is not for me and wanted to move back to US
- Interviewed with dream company and great pay and somehow they agreed to sponsor H1b.
- Did not get through H1b lottery this time.
- New company will to wait till Oct/Nov 2021 after which they will rescind the offer. They are OK for me to start work from Canada, but they cannot sponsor work permit as they do not have a Canada office. If I have PR they will allow me to join.
- In Canada on closed work permit. Current company will not sponsor PR until I complete 1 year
- Cannot join new company from Canada as I do not have PR and they do not have office in Vancouver for me to switch
- Express entry not yet tried as my score will be too low with PNP support. I'm in Vancouver so PNP will require company backing which they will only provide after 1 year.
Is there a way for me to join the new company. They will only accept me from either Canada or US. Not India
Current TC: 390k USD
New offer TC: 650k USD
