Just moved to SF this month after getting a masters and was wondering what’re some good ways for people to make friends with people similar in age (i’m 24). College it was easy to socialize bc of clubs, parties, etc but not sure how to do it in a big city, sort of an extroverted introvert
Do people generally go to meetups by themselves?
Why does she have to be an overweight female? 🤔
What are your hobbies? Are there groups who do this in the area?
Not gonna sugar-coat it: making friends is harder as an adult. And you’ll need to put in effort to maintain those relationships. You won’t see all your friends every day/week anymore. Adult social life can take different forms and crosses groups more easily than in college. Find people who you genuinely enjoy spending time with, and deepen those relationships.
Thanks for the advice! Really appreciate it!
It’s hard as an adult but I’d say start dating more online and in terms of friends just don’t force it and let them happen naturally. Also joining sport teams and participating in workout classes can also help you make friends.
1) Be beautiful 2) ? 3) Have friends Skip step 2 if you are actually beautiful.
Rock climbing gyms, running groups, pottery are some small group activities that are popular in the bay and more conducive to socializing
Get a hobby! Seriously though
I have hobbies but idk how to find people to do them with. Like if I wanna go hiking I just go by myself and hope I meet people?
