If i was a recruiter i would have like 1,000 questions and just use a random number generator becuase if you have too few then its too easy to see on glassdoor etc what they will ask. Is this what recruiters do?
If they’re wearing anything other than yeezys or Jordans they’re not serious enough about the job
At least with my team we give recruiters a bank of questions and key points their answers should include and a few things that are bonus points if they mention.
Funny, in my interviews I have a list of buzzwords that I pull out of a hat and work into my answers
Sometimes it feels like they pick it out of a hat :p
