You don’t deal with it, you let it take over you and then you go meet a shrink who gives you pills to fight anxiety on which you stay forever. :) win win for company you work for and win win for health care industry. That’s how money circulates.

Why don’t you take vacations? I mean your TC is great, I makes less than a 3rd of what you do and still take vacations. Mostly solo but they help. Take a trip to some quiet place, go kayaking or hiking, explore nature. Always calms me down. Don’t over plan it. Or meet like minded people and just have a quality conversation.
Taking breaks when you need them. Knowing when to take a break is essential to avoid long term burnouts. I disconnect from work and tech when I'm on my break.
If your job is affecting your physical and mental health its wiser to switch job and take it easy for a while.
Financial and visa situations don’t allow a lot of people to do so especially in the Bay Area.
Hmm I am not sure whats your situation is but there are many chill companies in bay area which pays 300k for 7-8 years experience. 50k reduction in your TC doesn't make much difference in life style. Just my opinion, I might have blind spot in my thinking.
Exercises first thing in the morning. High intensity. Also find another job asap. Your health is most important.
My work literally can’t be completed in 40 hours and that’s the bare minimum. Probably true for a considerable percentage of people at Tesla. I recognize the difference between work and personal development but this isn’t personal development. I am not over leveled. In fact under leveled. Just have what would be two people’s jobs in other companies.

Do not open your laptop after 5.30 PM if possible. Do not work on weekends. Never get emotionally connected to the work.
I have meetings until 8 sometimes. Also my work will literally not get done if I don’t work post 5:30. Path to getting fired. So will drive up anxiety more
For everyone saying just find another job. For a lot of people like us who are on visa, it’s extremely difficult to find another job specially if you are not in tech. So stop saying just find another job. It’s like saying a depressed person “just cheer up”.

Following as I’m on this boat. My personal advice is to cut caffeine and drink camomile tea. Not sure if placebo or not but deffo caffeine has that negative effect.
