Make sure you follow destination sleep cycle when you board.
Sleep during the flight
Usually the day i travel I start living in that timezone before I get into plane. Don’t go to bed/sleep in the airplane until 10pm, if I can’t fall asleep I take melatonin. Next day I’m okay, so only struggle for at most one day.
