Running away
I tried it. But it seems to follow us everywhere. Better strategy is to manage it. Trying to get some advice via this post
Haha I did some triathlons and marathons to manage stress. Try it! Feels literally like running away.. for a while
Long distance running, heavy weight lifting, eating delicious (doesn’t necessarily need to be healthy) food, and sleeping 8-10 hours. As long as I get a good workout, eat good food, and sleep hella hours every day I feel like I can get through anything.

Works for me too! Good workout, fresh air, plenty of sleep and good food. Also helps to get a couple of friends to vent with over beers a couple of times a month. 🙌🏻

By doing exactly what I feel like doing at any given time. it could be drinking coffee or working out or preparing for my interview or reading a book about privacy. Or, something else on those lines.
15-30 minute nap. Charges you like nothing else
Napping really helps. But hard to find a good place to nap.
