Hi Blinders! I’m looking for anyone in the workforce (both tech and non-tech) who’s willing to talk about how you manage stress in your day-to-day life (or don’t), and what you wish you had at work to help you relax and focus. Are you in control of your emotions? Or are they in control of you? How do you manage any anxiety, depression, or relationship issues? Let’s chat! DM me please :-) For your participation and time chatting with me, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card. PS: I’m no longer at Amazon to clarify; and PPS: this is for a research project— looking for folks who’re willing to spend some time talking about this topic seriously. PPS: Research is ongoing, so please feel free to contact me—whether you’re reading this the same day I posted this topic versus few weeks later. Thank YOU!
