How does leveling work at Lyft?
Considering taking an offer from Lyft, recruiter said I'd be a T4. How many years of experience does a T4 have? How does leveling and promotion work?
I got T4 as a new grad with a lot of internships.

That info is not correct: T4 & T5 at G and FB don't match exactly. T4 at G gets same compensation as 64 at MS.
Microsoft and Amazon pay far less. They pay Seattle wages whileeveryone else pays Bay area wages.

Not when I was there. It was at least 40k less if you don't count the insane stock appreciation.
Try to take a counter offer from Uber. I hear from friends working in Uber that they love it. Also Uber is very competitive in terms of compensation
T3 = new grad, T4 = mid-level w/ a few yrs exp, T5+ = senior and above. Similar leveling to G/FB
