How does your company support non-profit service?

Curious how Adobe stacks up. For ICs they 1. match 1:1 any donations, 2. give $250 grant to donate to charity of your choice for every 10 hours of non-profit service 3. If I serve on non-profit board, the non-profit gets $5000 per year *1 and 2 have a combined limit of $10k per employee per year. I think 1 is pretty common in tech but does your company do something similar to 2 or 3 or maybe something that Adobe does not? Thanks
