Less than a year in Amazon! Boy it's as real as they say in blind here! WLB is dumpster fire, everyone's chasing an invisible and out of reach promotion as if it's gonna increase their TC
Too early would be leaving before joining
No a preemptive rejection before getting an older

Just wondering, how long after you started did wlb go to shit? I assume there was a ramp up period that was kinda chill? Or they just fuck you up from Day One?
From end of first month, the squeezing will start and goes on until you can take it.
@WhatDHel how many hours do you work each week?
It's a sunken cost. Leave asap if you don't like it that much. You have to wait 3 years for any appreciable return from RSU comp.
What is the consequences if you don't chase the invisible and increase TC?
If a company can fire you on day one and not care, then why would you be any different?
Knowing what people said about Amazon here, why even joined in the first place?
Seems like a last resort thing when rejected elsewhere.
Amazon is a great company, most people I know truly love working there and are grateful for the opportunity. Don’t expect those voices here; the complaints you see here are just the loud minority.
This minority group of amazon is significantly larger than any other company. Not falling to your comment.
Lol ok HR 😅
Wait a year and then leave - unless you have something else lined up?
