How early one can apply for internal teams at Microsoft
I joined Microsoft 1 month ago and see a lot of good profile jobs in azure and other groups. When can i start applying to these jobs( hr web says atleast one connect is suggested).is thr any min criteria and can they tell to my current manager. I don't like my current work. Anyone tried mobility within months of joining TC 32 lpa Yoe 3 yrs

I know someone who moved jobs internally 3 months after joining.

Why did you join your team? If you jump after 1 mo th no one will want you or trust you. You should work with your manager to either improve the situation or help transition out.
No minimum period
