Currently L61 at MSFT getting target rewards. Moving to FB E4 and doubling my TC. I hear FB is much harder. Am I fucked? Current TC - 160k New TC - 350k in year 1 and 300k later YoE - 5
Good decision, but you can make more than 300k
Prepare for a rough time for the first few months. You'll manage after that. The new yearly performance system should take the pressure off significantly.
