How generous is the PTO policy at Airbnb?
Thinking of making the jump over, but read there's only 2 weeks of PTO at Airbnb (is this 10 days or 14?) How flexible is it if you want to take up to 21 days a year? Are there additional personal flex days? Are managers fairly accommodating to take untracked time-off? Much appreciated for any insight TC: 380

The holiday shutdown means that many people combine with PTO and take a 3 or even 4 week vacation at the end of the year. That would be very hard to do elsewhere. Working remotely for a week here and there is also common.

Wednesday is "work from home day" at airbnb.
3 weeks PTO, 2 extra floating free days, 11 company holidays and a shutdown between Christmas and New Years. About 8 weeks a year.
