How did you get a 30k raise may I ask?
My yearly review was just 10k. But I had an offer from another company for 185. I wanted to stay where I was, but couldn’t justify leaving 35+k on table so I got a counter offer from my current company and stayed.
Like it took me 10 years to get from $15/hr to $220K/yr.
