How is Flexport Engineering?
Anyone know much about how Flexport is doing and its engineering culture? Earlier last year I heard a lot about it, but less so recently - any reason for that?

Promising idea and product. But not much interesting work. Bad leadership. More competition around the corner. And they give very low/bad offers

Lots of smart and great people management are not the most experienced, bro culture, lack of directions in product. Leadership cares more about delivering business value than people.
Lots of good engineers left.
Left Flexport? Why?
Weak leadership. Culture messed up. Technology didn’t really work. I have a friend who recently left told me these.
