Grab in Seattle Comp is decent. Outside of FAANG, it is good Wlb is bad - you will have many late night calls to Singapore. Diversity is horrible. Many people in the office only speak Mandarin to their coworkers in the office, if you don’t you will feel left out. There is a high percentage of people from another ethnic region in Asia also. Finally almost all male. Basically, take a look around when you interview and see if you feel like you fit in or not. Culture- mixed. Very empowering work. But very tribal orgs. You will be part of a tribe that doesn’t mix much with others. As in you may be in the tribe that doesn’t speak Mandarine. Or the tribe that works on a certain feature. There isn’t much mixing. But again the upside is it is empowering work.
