I have heard mixed reviews, good wlb, decent pay but not a lot of learning in terms of work quality. Is that true? Do share your experience for tech roles, esp. Data Engineering/ ML roles.
Some of the folks in infra get paid really well. It boils down to the team eventually. Einstein team is pretty good as well.
Salesforce is in the middle of a move to public cloud and a lot of new tech. Lots of stuff to do. ML/dataenginrering is spread across a lot of teams. We use spark, databricks, Kafka, AWS, and lots of in house stuff. Pay is above average. Salesforce basically tells you they try to beat 75% of pay packages out there and that’s pretty accurate. Other benefits like parental leave and vacation policies are awesome though. The chillest place I have ever worked with the nicest coworkers.

If you don't mind sharing, What's the data Engineering stack? What role are you in?
