Morale seems great so far, no layoffs, no changes in the foreseeable future, leadership has stayed intact and were operating independently for now. Although who knows what will happen down the road. What most people are worried about right now is that we might get shittier medical benefits from SF compared to the one we have now.
I’m happy, there’s a bit of uncertainty but I feel like the positives and negatives will balance out.
It’s slowed churn drastically so far, churn had been high but not as high as the year the stock tanked.
I’ve heard it’s pretty comfy. And they have very generous RSU grants.
Right, I want to know if recent acquisition caused any churn. As you can often see lots of migrations and layoffs due to increased duplication.
