At my current employer I have a Kaiser platinum plan for which I pay just $14 per paycheck for a family with kids. The plan is great and works well. Wondering how much is the per paycheck approximately for a good health insurance plan at Amazon for a family of four.
In us, $250/month is called “employee part”, the remaining part (around $2000/month) is employer-paid and isn’t even shown on the paycheck to not scare people.

It's horrible. Especially compared to other top tier companies.
It’s employee + family (wife,kids) comes around $200-250 a month
This (for US)
The coverage is alright too I’d say. I had the high deductible which means most stuff is out of pocket for the first 1k, but it was hard to hit because the insurance company negotiated pricing down to bargain basement cost. There are better plans out there but there are also a lot worse.
