How is it like to work at Niantic?
How is the work life balance? What are the learning prospects? What are growth prospects? How is the future of the company looking? Any other info will be helpful too. I am thinking of moving to Niantic but want to gather as much data as I can before making the move. Thanks in advance

How was it
Work life balance: excellent, everyone goes home by 5 or 6. Learning prospects: depends on what you want to learn. We're still definitely dealing with scaling challenges. Growth prospects and future: we've got big things planned, and I'm excited.
What's the design team like at Niantic?
Not sure yet since I'm pretty new to the company myself. Any specific questions you want answered?
