I have cleared the interview for the role of principle engineer at Ola. I am hesitant to move forward because of its culture issues that I read in blind and glass door. Buf the role seems lucrative. Can someone who has worked in Ola or have friends answer these queries
1) How much max base they might give for PE role ?
2) How is the role of PE in Ola ? Currently a lead in another product company with 11yoe and 65lpa TC. About 50 cash and rest stocks.
3) I am looking for good learning and a boost to my career. I don't shy away from good work but hate micromanagement.
4) I am not actively interviewing. Cause need lot of preparation for LC. So interviewing at other companies atleast for next few months is not possible
There was 4 rounds of interviews. 1 hld, 1lld, coding and architect round. The recruiter told I cleared all of them with flying colors .
