For the styling team it’s bonkers how low their pay is for how much product they are selling. It’s a sales job and stitch fix refuses to call it one. Stylists only get a dollar raise after one year and then that’s the only raise they’ll ever get.
What are styling lead salaries like?
Stitchfix doesn’t have pay ranges or bands. They pay for the role. So everyone in that role gets the same pay. Not top of market, not bottom but their pay is consistent and fair. Huge plus for under represented demographics, especially in technology.
