I have an onsite interview coming up for U.S. bank. I have 10 years of experience. how is the interview process, work culture and compensation benefits ?
As a US Bank customer, their website is the most unreliable banking website I've ever used. It's constantly down, so I'm unable to see my balances or move money. It really makes me wonder what the engineering quality is like in the banking system as a whole.
Probably not that good. I’d imagine there are a lot of legacy systems that no one wants to touch.
Upgrading technology/legacy systems is super expensive and not good for earnings. Yeah, not happy with your bank, switch.
Fastest way to become VP!
Great place, very ethical, somewhat conservative on tech from my limited point of view. They’re really starting to ramp up technology and get ahead of the competition imo
