I want a sane work life balance don't want to burn out few days late or weekend is fine like once in a month.
Can you please elaborate I have no idea about kohls
Retail and life/balance in the same sentence?
I had great work life balance working for levis
Go work for a bank if you want work life balance. :)
It really depends on where you end up but the engineering team I work on is super flexible: -Monday through Friday -8 hour shift (includes lunch but most people just eat at their desk). I usually walk in at 8 and leave at 4 -On call depends on department but usually it’s a 7 day shift spread between all engineers and contractors regardless of position (I didn’t receive 1 call my last shift) -need to work at home for the day? No problem -any work time that is excessive can be added up and you take a day off somewhere else within the month Edit* Store employees are a bit different as almost all store employees work on either Saturday and/or Sunday for obvious reasons.
Thank you so much it is so assuring... It seems very reasonable...
OP I need a pair of Yeezys can you get w employee discount kthxbye
Work life balance is good. It does come at a cost: speed and impact. Things take a long time, and people will hardly ever tell you things straight on.
This is very true. Things take way longer than they should. But the trade off is very low stress most of the time.
Not as good as Kohls
