How is working at Microsoft like?
How is Microsoft in terms of wlb, pay, growth? Interviewing for Redmond. what is interview level like? any points to note?

Wlb 5.5 Pay 6 Growth 8 Obviously these numbers are team dependent (so should microsfts) I heard in msft, as long as you are not in shitty old teams, growth is good
It’s easy, just don’t take off your pants in the middle of the interview and you’ll be fine. Growth can be awful, your manager will determine your fate.

On a scale of 10. Wlb - 7.5 Pay - 6 Growth - 6. Interviews are pretty standard imo. I have hardly heard anyone get LC hard. This is just a personal opinion. Maybe it’s different for others.
Would agree. Benefits 8. No big bonuses for lower levels but insurance and 401k match are decent.
