Culture - the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s a group of smart but chill people working together as a team. Since we are remote-first, the focus is on deliverables rather than working a certain set of hours.
Sentiment - overall pretty good. The stock price isn’t as good as it was 6 months ago but everyone believes we are headed in the right direction. Trying to grow very quickly which will naturally lead to some issues but everyone is onboard and we will figure it out.
Structure - everyone can contribute no matter their level, ideas from ICs are taken as seriously as from management. Every company has bad managers but I can truly say the vast majority of ours are quality people.
Complexities - migrating users from on-prem products is hard. We have some legacy code that will be tricky to get rid of. The company overall moves pretty slowly which can be frustrating.
Pay - good but not top tier. In the same tier as Twilio, Affirm, Salesforce. Not as high as FAANG for sure.
WLB - also the best I’ve ever experienced. Aside from something like a bug that’s impacting production, no one is pushed to deliver anything within a certain timeframe. People deliver because they are motivated, not because they have to.
Growth - again our stock is down from the ATH in October but I believe the company is moving in the right direction. If we meet our hiring goals we will continue to grow the brand.
Benefits - pretty good and inline with most big reputable tech companies. 401k match, good health insurance (all premiums paid by the company), home office stipend, health and wellness stipend, etc.

Happy to answer what else I can.
