Does your company give cost of living increases for a meets expectation? Do people get raises? Have not been at oracle for a year so no idea. From posts on oracle forum raises outside of OCI are rare, but decent inside OCI.
Never had a raise below 5%
What’s a raise?
Miserable pity COL adjustment usually at 2% yet COL is increasing at a faster rate so I’m actually making less every year? Lol 😭
Raises? As in your base salary going up? Hahahaha... those are for managers and top-5% performers only. My last one came before the 2009 crisis.
Zero % seriously, and they do not even communicate that no raises will be given. This is an anomaly compared to all past employers and is a head-scratcher. Wondering why people stay? I have given myself an exit-by date.
Seeing that you work for a Japanese company, this does not surprise me at all. It's the same here.
Depends on company performance but Ive gotten a COL 3% raise every year out of 7. One year it was 4!
