      I see. I tbink it comes down to manager and skip. Maybe your m1 and m2 don't want to fire people. I know people do get fired from msft due to poor performance but depends on manager

    • Most managers are probably too lazy to put in the work it takes to get someone fired.
      I doubt people get fired for performance. They probably got fired because allot of their co-worker don’t like them.
