How long does it take for an H1B visa transfer?
I have an offer from a company and they use BAL as their law firm. How long does it typically take for a H1B visa transfer? They said they would be filing with premium processing.

Approx timelines- 1 week for LCA, 1 week for H1B doc, 2 weeks for approval. So a total of about 4 weeks from the time you get offer. If you get RFE, it depends on when the response is filed
