How long to wait?

It’s been 2 weeks since my on-site with Apple for a entry level technical roll. I’ve heard lots of stories of long wait periods for Apple. Emailed my recruiter beginning of this week but got no reply. Is no reply after 3 weeks pretty much a no go and I should move on? 2yoe
