Title. Want to see how many are in the process of leaving their current employer (4 months time frame max) or have just left in the past month

It also depends on what youβre looking for. These kinds of teams usually have a pretty reasonable workload and nice coworkers (in general, people in Office were super nice, and Iβm sure they still are). People are not back-stabbing like they are in competitive teams or teams that have no real reason to exist.
My concerns would be:
1) whatβs there thatβs new to do that you could really feel like youβve made your mark?
And
2) itβs so comfortable that a few years will go by and you wonβt even notice
