People browsing Facebook, reddit, shopping sites all day. And people browsing Blind too. If you leave a comment, please indicate your answer choice.
Too many. I got sick of it (VP), and if your performance starts to drop; you get a warning (or two) before losing access to Reddit. You can do that shit at home.
Lol do you really do that? No self respecting person will ever respect you after you do something like that, not just the person you are disciplining.
You work at Lyft, where they basically throw money at you for filling a chair. Your sense of entitlement is temporary. If you spend all day on Reddit and watch the clock, while the rest of the team pulls your weight for you, I'm going to put you on notice. There are people that actually take their job seriously, not everybody wants to sit around and jerk off at Lyft.
At Intuit, most are resting and vesting. The best are leaving due to shift to longer vesting. Another brilliant HR move.
Yeah I can confirm this. I didn't do anything at Intuit and when I tried to do something my manager told me to stop working with other teams they're going to try to take you from this team. The staff engineers would always come up with some pearl script to do something in that was hot 20 years ago and that was the solution to everything lol Glad I got out of that place filled with politics.
I’m so burned out and unmotivated that I just browse and respond to “stimulus”.
